ATS is replacing our first generation of DVDs for customers who are experiencing difficulties playing them. Known as the White Label DVDs, our early DVDs used a white sticky label that was stamped onto the DVD as its cover. It seems that the label can create a wobble which makes it unreadable by some players, and the additional thickness makes it difficult for some computer drives to play, as well. While most customers have not experienced problems with the disks, we wished to offer a replacement policy for what has become a known issue.
If you purchased DVDs from ATS that have a plain white label with black text, you are eligible for our replacement policy. ATS is not replacing the second generation of DVDs which feature a color label directly printed onto the DVD itself.
Our Replacement Policy:
Free Replacements: ATS will replace any white label DVDs you have if you place an order with us for any of our current products. We will ship the replacements to you with your order.
Purchasing Replacements: Should you not wish to place an order, ATS will replace your white labels for $5 per disk plus shipping & handling.
How to Replace Your White Label DVDs:
If you purchased your DVDs directly from ATS prior to June 2005 and your invoice is still in our database, we will ship you the disks without requiring the originals.
If you are not in our database or purchased from one of our resellers, you will need to send us the disks you would like to replace for ATS to process your order.
Contacting ATS:
To begin the replacement process, email ATS with names of the disks you would like to replace along with your full name and whether you purchased the disks from ATS directly or from one of our resellers. Please send your email requesting replacements ON THE SAME DAY as you place the new order to avoid confusion or delays!
