Decommissioning a data center in Sacramento CA
Where is the best place to look for data center and UPS decommissioning in Sacramento CA? I have never handled this type of equipment online or locally before. What should I check before paying or signing any contract for such services?

I had a similar request recently when our team had to retire old server racks and backup units. First of all I would look at reviews payment terms timelines and how clearly everything is explained. In my experience it is better not to chase the lowest price only because proper hazardous material handling like VRLA or lithium batteries requires clear safety protocols. I evaluated a few local options and reviewed Modern Waste along with similar providers in the niche to see how they handle asset tracking and certificates of destruction. Make sure the company provides solid documentation and environmental compliance details so you do not run into issues later.
